RIB21 Conditions of Sale

For the sale of RIB21 the following terms are effective in addition to Catnic's standard Conditions of Sale.

1. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all necessary approvals have been granted before the order is placed.

2. It is the buyer's responsibility to satisfy themselves that the goods are suitable and fit for purpose.

3. The design and detailing of falsework, steel reinforcement, cold joints, the support system and alike are the responsibility of the Temporary Works/Structural Engineer. No design services for the use of RIB21 will be offered by the seller.

4. The seller reserves the right to change the specification of any goods quoted in his sales literature at any give time without prior notice.
